I help you broaden your window of tolerance and we learn to spend less time in survival mode and easily come back into regulation when we recognise that we are safe. 


Through breathwork and nervous system coaching, I guide you in releasing built-up stress, breaking the cycle of overwhelm, and creating space for more energy and joy in your everyday life.

About Me.

Born and raised in vibrant Buenos Aires, I moved to the Netherlands 7 years ago chasing my dream of living in Europe.

 

In 2021, during a deep burnout while juggling a high-paced career and family life, I discovered breathwork, a powerful tool that helped me reconnect with my body, regulate my nervous system, and find calm amid chaos.

 

Now, as a certified SomatIQ™ Breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and a mom of a toddler, I help women and professionals like you breathe through stress, build resilience, and create more presence in daily life.
